As sellers, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, missing, or delayed items by the shipping company.

however, all shipments are shipped insured.

We would like to work very closely with the customer and shipping company to solve all issues, and never leave our customers unsatisfied.

When a package is delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package and its contents for any damage or missing items. If there is damage or a missing item, the customer should note this on the delivery receipt and contact the carrier and us immediately to report the issue and initiate a claim. Don't wait too long there is a time limit to filing a claim

The shipping company is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages, and any issues with lost or damaged packages during transit should be handled by the shipping company.

It's also important for the customer to document any damaged or missing items with pictures or videos, as the shipping company may require this as evidence.

It's important to keep in mind that the carrier is responsible for delivering the package to the customer's address, but once it's delivered, the responsibility for the package and its contents is transferred to the customer.

By following these steps, the customer can ensure that any issues with the shipment are resolved promptly and that they receive the appropriate compensation or replacement for any damaged or missing items.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


Delivery time may vary according to the buyer's country of residence. These shipping options include the cost of freight only. All duties, taxes, or other import fees (including clearance service charges in some cases) are the responsibility of the recipient. The shipping quotes provided in the shopping cart are estimates. In some rare cases (certain countries and package sizes) we may require additional funds to complete your order. Feel free to contact us to verify an exact quote prior to ordering.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

At Saaria Inc, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason you receive a defective Curtain or a misplaced one, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Our Curtains are Custom Made, so If you change your mind about a curtain or decide that you don't need it, we won't accept any return or exchange. We request customers to inspect the curtains | product received as soon as it gets delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 15-day return policy & if you can, give a review on the purchased product's page at www.saaria.com it will be highly appreciated. In case of any mistake from our side, simply let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to make sure you are a satisfied customer.


Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days of the returned item(s) being received at our warehouse and all refunds are issued back to your original form of payment. All items are thoroughly inspected before exchanges or refunds are granted. Please note that items returned in a condition other than new and unused will receive a refund appropriate to the condition of the returned item, generally 50% of your order, per the extent of the damage. Except in cases where transit time exceeds the option selected, shipping charges are not refundable. Custom Orders & Cancellations Saaria Inc Only offers exchanges On Custom Made Curtains if there is any mistake from our end. (No Refund at all)
